Highly accomplished in his field and invaluable to his loyal clients, Austin has been selling and excelling in residential real estate sales in and around Detroit since 2005. His career spiraled to success, earning him a long list of coveted local and national awards; and in 2010 after obtaining his Real Estate Broker License, he opened his own thriving brokerage, City Living Detroit, known for the same unparalleled results and reputation.

Austin has always had a passion for urban development and major metropolitan cities. A graduate of Cornell University, College of Architecture, Art and Planning in Ithaca, NY, he studied redevelopment projects abroad and received a B.S. in Urban & Regional Studies. After extensive travels, Austin returned home committed to making Detroit a better place to live, work and raise a family. He was born in the city, spent his youth in Okemos and Troy, and attended Birmingham Seaholm H.S. Austin bought his first condo in Midtown in 2006 before it was chic, later moved to Lafayette Park, and now calls Sherwood Forest home.

Frequently quoted on industry trends and topics in top publications, Austin is as sought after by his peers as he is by his clients, and is very active in and outside his industry. He continually seeks new educational opportunities and designations to advance his knowledge and better serve his clients.

Adam Hollier

Adam is a problem solver. Simply put Adam’s excellent in a storm.  Adam is the Director of Government and Community Relations at the Michigan Fitness Foundation where he works on Veterans issues and leads the legislative initiatives advocating for healthy lifestyles. Additionally, Adam is a member of the Board of Governance for the Iron Belle Trail Initiative and tireless advocate for Supplemental Nutrition Education programing (SNAP-ED.) Professionally Adam has worked in State and Municipal government as a staffer focused on developing real solutions.  While serving as Senator Johnson’s chief of staff (2009-2012), Hollier was instrumental in major pieces of legislation: Regional Transit Authority, Utility Shut-Off Protections for seniors and the partial repeal of the Drivers Responsibility Fee. As the mayor’s liaison to the City Council, he shepherded the creation of the Public Lighting Authority, a $180 million investment in neighborhoods. During Adam’s tenure with the city Adam worked diligently with the cities purchasing department to streamline the procurement process city wide becoming intimately familiar with its interworking’s.  Previously, serving as the Vice President of Hantz Woodlands a large scale urban agriculture project designed to eliminate blight on the city of Detroit’s eastside using sustainable agriculture.  Adam managed a multi-million-dollar acquisition and demolition project covering more than 1,500 parcels and that demolished 50 vacant and abandoned structures.  Adam also serves as a Senior Project Manager for Thomas Group Consulting.  Adam’s been recognized as one of Crain’s 20 in their 20’s (2015), Michigan Chronicle 40 under 40 (2013) and various other awards for being a doer.

Adam’s commitment to service has led him to serve as a mentor, coach and frequent volunteer in the cities he has lived.  Adam decided to get a Masters degree in Urban Planning after spending a summer sharing a 92-year-old woman’s FEMA trailer volunteering in Biloxi, MS. post-Katrina doing relief work.  Growing up in a Union family understand the importance labor plays in developing strong communities and was proud to serve a union steward with AFT local 3550. While working with the Ann Arbor NAACP Adam took an interest in the education achievement gap and guided by a strong belief in public education, Adam ran for and was elected to serve as a member of the Ann Arbor Board of Education (2009-2010.) Adam also serves on Vanguard Community Development Corporation and the New Center Community Services Board of Directors as the board Secretary.  Adam is also a distinguished Military graduate of Officer’s Candidate School and serves as the S-4 Officer in Charge for the 414th Civil Affairs Battalion managing logistics and supply for the Battalion. 

Adam and his wife Krystle live in the Northend neighborhood of Detroit a few blocks from the home his parents still live in today.  Growing up in Detroit Adam attended Detroit Public schools graduating from Renaissance High School. At Cornell University Adam received a degree Cum Laude in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Organizational Development and change while playing both Varsity Football and Track & Field as a Decathlete. Later receiving a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan with a concentration on Economic Development.

Jim Renberg

Jim is a Detroit resident and resides in one of the city's historic neighborhoods and is currently restoring the property to its past glory.  After selling real estate as a licensed professional in South East Florida (Palm Beach County) Jim wanted to return home to Detroit.

Michael Weck

Many people are passionate about the City of Detroit and Southeast Michigan. Michael Weck is one of those people. He is encouraged by all of the opportunity the city has to offer. Michael has made it is a personal goal to assist with the economic revitalization within the city and the entire region.

He has modeled his educational and professional careers by focusing on endeavors that are beneficial to achieving his goal. Michael concluded his undergraduate studies by earning a Bachelors degree with a concentration in Legal Studies. Immediately following graduation Michael began graduate coursework at Eastern Michigan University. He has earned two graduate certificates in Local Government Management and Public Land Planning and Development all while obtaining a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management.

Following completion of his graduate studies Michael continued to search for ways to assist with economic revitalization. He obtained his Real Estate License and began working with City Living Detroit.

Michael is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He is also a board member for a local Tax Increment Finance Authority.

Michael has had valuable experience working as a consultant with local governments in the Detroit area as well as working for the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory affairs. He is continuously looking for opportunities to enhance the economic vitality throughout metro Detroit.
