Austin was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home. It was a long process because I did not know what I was really looking for, so I appreciate him sticking with me through the year. He was able to direct me to homes that he thought would fit me well, even when I was unsure of the  properties initially. By doing more than just showing me homes I requested, I ended up with a property that I love and would never have gone out to see had it not been for Austin's recommendation. Once the home was under contract, Austin ensured every box was checked from my inspection period/inspector, to getting a timely quote for insurance, to closing, to even after closing handling my NEZ transfer, giving me detailed instructions to ensure my property transfer was completed on time, and my HSE was filed. I cannot recommend anyone higher than Austin when it comes to Detroit real estate.

Austin was fantastic throughout our entire process. He is an expert in Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We purchased an older house and the process became complicated (as they sometimes do) Austin really helped finalize the process. If you're looking for a house in Detroit or it's suburbs, he's your guy.

My wife and I recently purchased a river front condo in Detroit and Michael was our agent. We didn't know him, or his work, prior to this, but having him as our Realtor made all of the difference in what turned out to be an "interesting" process. He was easy to work with, always returned calls and kept us up on options and information. Michael was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, he really listened to what we were saying we were looking for and chose properties for us to consider that were reflective of what we had said. Then, as the purchase process dragged on a bit he took it upon himself to pick up and drive paperwork to it's destination to help out. As long as he is available, we will be recommending him to anyone looking for a Realtor - you couldn't do better.

Austin was an absolute All-Star for us! Although things didn't go as smoothly as we hoped with the seller and lender, Austin was there keeping things together, keeping communication lines open, and making sure things were done properly. When the sellers agent tried to sneak in a post-addendum  change, Austin was on top of it, helping save nearly an additional $1K at closing! We can't imagine having gone through this without Austin's support and expertise!

We had a great experience with Michael Weck, a Realtor with City living Detroit. He truly went above and beyond and was a great advocate for us from scheduling appointments all over metro Detroit to dealing with a difficult seller when we finally found a home. There were outstanding tax issues with the property and he went as far as going down to Wayne County to assess some things out first hand. This is our first home purchase, and we were so happy to have him there at closing to help us through the process as well. Our only complaint is we think he works to hard! We certainly recommend him and would happily work with him again.

To put it simply, Michael was great. He stayed on top of things and made the entire process of buying my first home enjoyable. I had a lot of questions and Michael was knowledgeable but most importantly he was patient with me. He took the stress out of the equation and is someone who i will definitely be recommending to friends and family. I hope to be in my new home for a very long time, but if the day comes that i need to sell or look for a new place i will definitely be using Michael.
